La Pria Winery delivers only by Express Courier using safe and patented packaging. All shipments are guaranteed and your bottles will be delivered directly to your home in total safety.
Generally the products delivered within 72H from the date of the order. If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery times, write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve any problem as soon as possible. Express delivery ensures delivery within 24 hours (excluding islands) for orders received from Monday to Thursday before 13:00

As soon as your wines are shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking code, with which you can check where your package is and know when it will be delivered.
You choose where and when to receive the wine
Obviously you can choose where to receive the purchased products. If you want to receive them at the office or at another address (for example, that of a friend or family member), just enter the shipping information and the name of the delivery contact during payment.

If the wine tastes like a cork
It may happen that the bottles of wine have the typical scent of cork. This is not a production defect and it is not attributable to the manufacturer, but it is caused by a problem that affects the cork itself as it is a product of natural origin. However, in the event that the bottles you purchase have this defect, you can request a refund by following the refund request procedure that you will find below.
How to get a refund
It is necessary to follow a simple procedure:
You have 30 days from the day you receive the wines to request a refund. Beyond this date it will not be possible to process this request.
1 - Write down the names of the bottles that are defective or that were not to your liking.
2 - Send an email to email@example.com indicating - name and surname - identification number of the order placed - the list of wines noted as in point 1.
