We wanted to bring this wine variety back to its origins, as we fully believed in its potential. Thanks to a graft performed with new viticulture techniques, and renewed planting patterns and high-quality enological practices, a truly out of the ordinary Prosecco was born.
Our terroir, located south of Vicenza, in the Berici Hills, distinguishes it in a clear and unmistakable way thanks to its marked mineral component.
Our trademark? It is the slightly bitter aftertaste, coupled with a pleasant sapidity that reaches the palate like a sudden intuition.
The Berici Hills represent one of the most interesting terroirs for the production of high quality wines. The medium-textured soils are rich in clay and limestone from a fossil deposit deriving from an ancient sea and with the presence of volcanic material, which involve basalt soils where white grape varieties are at ease, and intense white wines are obtained and scented. In these lands, two types of white wines are produced, with well-sustained acidity and balanced flavor: CAMILLO vinified with Glera and Garganega and IL VESPIERE with the use of Chardonnay, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave.
The Berici Hills represent one of the most interesting terroirs for the production of high quality wines. The medium-textured soils are rich in clay and limestone from fossil deposits deriving from an ancient sea and with the presence of volcanic material, ideal for the black grape varieties that give life to structured, intense and long-lived red wines. In particular, the red wine Veneto IGT BUGAMANTE, our "Bordeaux blend" par excellence, is produced exclusively in the best vintages, with Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives structure, and Merlot which brings finesse and softness.
